 I will travel to you and notarize your documents in San Francisco California for a very affordable rate. The cost is $15.00 per signature plus $40.00 for travel. All identification cards must contain a photo, physical description, signature, and serial number. They must be current and/or have been issued within five (5) years.
Acceptable Identification includes: Driver license or ID card issued by a US State, Mexican or Canadian driver license, US Military identification card, Foreign passport if stamped by the Immigration and Naturalization Service, a US passport or an Inmate ID issued by the California Department of Corrections.
Birth certificates, expired licenses, Social Security cards and credit cards (even those with photos) are NOT acceptable forms of identification. Please be prepared with the proper ID.
